Front Of House Team

Our front of the house team is the heart of our business. We strive to create the kind of environment we want to dine in and work in! From taking a customers order to slicing meats, serving sides and expediting orders all of our front of house team members have the same mission: to provide excellent BBQ with an exceptional customer experience to boot!

Back Of House Team

This is a small but mighty team! Responsible for all kitchen prep and duties from trimming meat to chopping cabbage and of course, expertly washing dishes.

One of our core values as a company is “move up the ranks” where we encourage and facilitate professional growth within our team. We have created an environment here that will allow the right person to gain leadership responsibilities from shift leads to key holding management positions without any previous restaurant experience.
